What to do
- You can most likely resolve the situation by simply trying again. We recommend you wait at least 2-3 minutes before you retry. You can re-try more than once, if necessary.
- If the connection attempt continues to fail, please make note of where you are in the setup process and then contact Sense Support. We are happy to help investigate.
