What to do
- If you have a different account with this provider and have been notified that a Sense-enabled meter has been installed, enter information for that account and try again.
- If you have not received a notification about a Sense-enabled meter being installed but want to communicate your interest, please record your preference here using the Feedback and Features option.
- You can still get Sense by buying a Sense Home Energy Monitor and having it installed in your electrical panel (breaker box). FiInd more information on the Sense monitor and how to buy it here.
