What happened
The verification code you entered was incorrect. You have three (3) chances to enter the code correctly before it expires.
What to do
- Check to make sure you entered the code correctly
- Tip: Be sure to enter the code exactly as it appears without adding spaces or other variations
- Request another code with the “send again” option
- Tip: the same code will be sent within the expiration period of 5 minutes, at which point a new code will be generated
- Or, if you’re having trouble receiving the code, return to the verification screen and select a different method.
