If your Sense system is a monitor installed in your electrical panel and you are moving to a new home, you will need to uninstall then reinstall the Sense monitor. This should only be done by an electrician or qualified professional.
Once you have installed the monitor in your new home and brought it online, you will need to reset your data to restart the device detection process. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > and scroll down to select "Reset Data."
