All of your data and insights will transfer seamlessly and securely to the new app, so you can continue managing your energy use and saving on your electricity bill.

You can download the new Wiser Energy app right away to continue enjoying the same benefits.
How to switch apps?
- Download the Wiser Energy app - Simply download the new Wiser Home Energy Monitor app for your mobile device from the Google Play or Apple App store.
- Log in with your existing account - Once downloaded, log in using the same credentials you use to log into the Sense Home app.
- Access all of your data and insights and continue saving.

No, just log in with your existing account credentials once you are notified that the Wiser Energy app is available.
Will my data history reset?

What should I do with the Square D version of the Sense Home app?
You can delete it from your device. Once the Wiser Energy app is launched, you should only access your data using the Wiser Energy app.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, if you no longer want to use our service you can delete your account from the Wiser Energy app (delete my account) or by making a request to Sense Support here.
