Important Update for Wiser Energy Users
The Wiser Energy Monitor is a Schneider Electric product. Schneider has announced they’ll retire the Wiser Energy Home app and has invited users to transition to the new Schneider Home app by the end of July. Schneider Electric has designed their new app, though Sense continues to provide the technology that supports device learning over time. Schneider leverages that information as they deliver some information in their app.
What’s Changing
The Schneider Home app has a new look, but the key features you rely on—like real-time energy tracking and cost insights—should still be there. You’ll also gain access to additional functionality, including control of other Schneider products like Square D control relays and connected wiring devices at the circuit and plug level.
Not included in the Schneider Home app are similar household comparisons, Watt Check, and Sense Labs beta features.
What This Means for You
When you receive Schneider’s migration email, follow the steps to transition to the Schneider Home app—same monitor, new interface.

Who do I contact for support?
With this migration, Sense will no longer have access to your monitor data and will no longer be the support team for Wiser Energy Monitor customers. Please contact Schneider at 1-877-SEHOME-1.
