Sense recently announced that we will change the way monthly reports work for Sense Home app users*. The changes will provide consumers with more detailed insights and a better user experience as they help make it easier for you to ask and answer the questions most important to you.
Even as changes roll out, you can view monthly stats in the app itself.
Usage reporting
- Go to the Dashboard feature to see Usage card for the current month, or click on the arrow in the right hand corner of that card and go to any month you prefer to review. The extended view also provides an estimated cost and a list of the % each device contributed to that cost for the period you select.
- Also at the Dashboard, under the Usage card is the Compare card, where you can see how your home's usage compares to other homes.
Device reporting
- Click on any device on the Device listing to see details on what that device costs over a period of time you choose, and how the cost changes as your home's usage changes (perhaps because of seasonal changes).
- Or go to the Devices feature to see how much your "Always On" contributes to your total and measure any improvements based on changes you've made.
*If you are a Wiser customer, the Sense Home app provides the information listed above, but you will no longer receive monthly reports from Sense.
