You'll receive a timeline notification if we've detected a problem with your voltage readings
A loose power cable is the most common culprit behind these problems. Typically Sense should measure both legs of your electrical panel at about 120V, however, your Sense monitor sent lower voltage readings on one leg of your electrical panel.
In order to fix this, please have your installer check the connections between the breaker powering the monitor and the power cable port on the monitor, and tighten them. Without fixing this issue, Sense may not be able to read voltage from your panel correctly and may face issues detecting devices.
We highly recommend you contact an electrician to help resolve this issue. For questions, please reach out to customer support.
