What happened
If you've received this error during your network connection test, the Sense system did not receive the address of your network's router. This issue usually means that the local network is misconfigured. This can also be a result of a misconfigured DHCP server on your network.
What you can do
- We recommend first that you reboot the router and any other networking equipment that Sense may be connecting to (e.g., any separate Wi-Fi access points).
- If the issue persists, please ensure the local network is configured properly. If Sense is connecting to a separate access point, ensure the access point is successfully connecting to the router.
