If you've received this error during your network connection test, the DNS server is unresponsive. This could be caused by a problem at your internet service provider, or a problem with your internet connection.
In order to troubleshoot this, we recommend that you:
- Use another computer (or mobile device) to verify network connectivity
- Configure an alternate DNS server, or
- Reboot your router
