How to reset your username and/or password

To change your username and/or password

Use the Web app to change your username and password. Access the Web app from the Sense home page at sense.com. 

After logging in, navigate to Settings by clicking your username in the top-right corner and selecting Settings.

1. Select Account from the left sidebar.
2. After making changes to the email and password fields, be sure to save your changes.
3. Your new login information is now effective both for mobile and Web apps.
