To change your username
1. Open the Sense Home app (mobile or Web version)
2. Choose Settings
3. Choose Account
4. Choose Email
5. Enter the email / username you would like to use moving forward.
6. Enter your email again to confirm it
7. Enter your password. If you do not have your password, choose Forgot Password.
You'll receive an email that prompts you to reset your password from your current email address (not the one you are attempting to change it to.)
8. Find the password change email and follow the prompts.
9. Go back to the Sense app and follow the steps again. This time making sure to enter your password.
10. Choose Save
You will now receive an email to the new account that will prompt you to confirm your email has been changed.
Your new login should be updated.
To verify, it is best to log out and log back in again using your new email address
