Provide the model or model number of affected mobile devices. If you are using the web app specify the web browser(s) and computer operating system(s) this bug occurred on (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc).

Go to Settings > About Sense (About on the web app) > Provide Version Number (and Build if on mobile). You can also provide a link to a screenshot containing this info.

We need to know how you use the Sense Home app: Through a new smart meter recently installed by your electricity provider? Or, through a Sense Home Energy Monitor installed in your electrical panel?
