Since Sense no longer sells monitors directly and doesn’t have access to purchase records, we can’t process refunds. For purchases made through a retailer like Amazon, please contact them directly, noting that Amazon offers a 30-day return window (view their policy here).
That said, Sense typically needs around 90 days to begin to provide deeper, more personalized energy insights as it learns your home’s patterns. You can read more about how this works here. If you're willing to give us that time, we’d love to help you get the most out of your system. Many users see growing value as Sense continues to learn over weeks and months.

📌 Warranty
All Sense monitors come with a one-year warranty on hardware materials and workmanship. If you suspect a hardware issue, just let us know—we’ll help you determine next steps. You can review the warranty information here.
And if you’ve given Sense a fair try but still feel it’s not a fit, please tell us more. We want to help resolve the issue—and in cases of true failure, may offer alternatives or a refund.
