When you purchase through a third-party vendor, Sense is unable to process any returns, and therefore cannot process any refunds. If you purchased your Sense Home Energy Monitor through Amazon, you must abide by their 30-day return policy, which is found here.
Note if you purchased from Sense: While we hope that you’ll never need to, you may return a Sense Home Energy Monitor purchased at www.Sense.com for any reason and receive a full refund of the purchase price with the following limitations:
- You must request this return within our 120 day return window. See Sense Terms and Conditions.
- The Sense system must have been purchased and installed in the US or Canada, where Sense is presently licensed and certified for use. The Sense warranty is voided when the Sense system is purchased and/or installed outside the US and Canada.
To request a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In your request, kindly include your reason for returning your Sense monitor. Your returned monitor must be shipped back to Sense within 14 days of the RMA. The RMA information must be included with your return shipment so that we can properly refund your purchase.
A purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs if the issue relates to a home's compatibility or other non-hardware or non-software concerns. See Terms and Conditions for details.
Sense is not responsible for any expenses related to installation or removal.
