Sense guarantees that its hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase. This guarantee extends to all Sense monitors sold, whether you buy directly from Sense or from a certified reseller. You only need to provide proof of that purchase and delivery.
NOTE: Buying and installing Sense outside of this coverage voids the warranty of the product.
If the hardware fails to conform to the warranty within the warranty period, Sense will choose either to (a) repair or replace any defective hardware or component; or (b) accept the return of the hardware and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the hardware.
NOTE: Sense will not replace or repair any hardware with water or other damage resulting from uses not specified in the Installation Guide or other instructions provided by Sense Labs.
Sense is not responsible for any expenses related to installation or removal.
