We need to know how you use the Sense Home app: Through a new smart meter recently installed by your electricity provider? Or, through a Sense Home Energy Monitor installed in your electrical panel?

Currently, Sense-enabled smart meters are not compatible with homes that have solar panels installed. Please see https://help.sense.com/hc/en-us/articles/31431552279827-Is-My-Home-Eligible-to-Use-Sense-With-My-Smart-Meter for more information
