What happened?
Your electricity provider has not yet made a Sense-enabled meter available at your home address.
What to do
If this doesn't sound right, go back and double check that you entered the correct phone or account number, then try again.
If you have another account with this provider and know a Sense-enabled meter has been installed, try again using that account information.
If your electricity provider is actively rolling out Sense connections in your area, you may just need to wait until they tell you your home has become eligible.
Haven’t received a notification but want to express interest? Let us know—we’d love to hear from you.
Until December 31, 2025, you can also get started with Sense by purchasing a Sense Home Energy Monitor for installation in your electrical panel—learn more here.
If you're seeing an error about Sense having trouble getting information from your meter, that may be a technical issue—please contact Sense Support.
