What to Know
The Sense Home app lost its connection to your electric meter during setup.
What to Do
The most common causes are:
1. Distance from the meter
You or your phone may have moved too far away during setup.
👉 Try again and stay within 5–15 feet of the meter—hold still until pairing concludes.
2. Wi-Fi turned off
Check your device’s settings to make sure your Wi-Fi is turned ON.
3. Meter Access Point (AP) timed out
The meter may have exited pairing mode.
👉 Tap Try Again to restart the process—your phone/tablet will attempt to reconnect.
