What To Know
Your mobile device must have Wi-Fi turned on to pair the Sense Home app with your electric meter.
You won’t be able to continue setup until Wi-Fi is enabled.
What To Do
Step 1 - Check Airplane Mode
Make sure your device is not in Airplane Mode.
Step 2 - For An Android Device

Open Settings

Go to Wi-Fi settings
Tip: It may be listed under “Networks”

Toggle Wi-Fi ON
Step 3 - For An iOS Device (iPhone/iPad)

You should get an automatic alert if Wi-Fi is off

To double-check:

Open Settings

Tap Wi-Fi

Make sure it’s toggled ON (green)

Step 4 - Final Check
Once Wi-Fi is on, confirm that your home network is selected and your connection is active.
