What to know
The email address you entered is already used by a different Sense account. Each Sense account must be associated with a unique email address.
What to do
You have options:
- Use an alternative email address
- If you want to maintain more than one Sense account and use the same email address, you can expand the desired address, as follows:
[email name+description]@example.com – don’t forget to include the + sign, without any spaces
- If you no longer need the other Sense account, log into that account and delete it*. This will free that address for reuse.
*NOTE: If you want to save the data from a previous account, do that before you delete it. Instructions for downloading data are here
