National Grid Customers
Our first deployment is with National Grid in Central Upstate New York. If you’re a National Grid customer, you will be informed when your new smart meter will be installed, as well as when you’ll be able to download the Sense Home app.
We are currently in the beta phase, rolling out Sense-enabled smart meters in a limited number of homes to ensure a smooth general deployment. If you have a new Sense-enabled smart meter (AMI) but are not enrolled as a beta participant, please wait to download the Sense Home app until National Grid announces general availability.
If you are interested in becoming a beta participant, please click here and we’ll pass along your information in case more beta users are needed.
