What Is A Sense Energy Monitor?
There are two ways to connect your home to Sense. The Sense Home app is continuously updated and supported for all users:
- You can connect using a Sense Home Energy Monitor, which is a device you purchase and install in your electrical panel. The first generation of Sense customers has used the Home Energy Monitor for the past several years.
- The next generation of Sense users will connect directly to the Sense Home app through their Wi-Fi-enabled smart meter, installed by their electricity provider. This is the latest iteration of the Sense
NOTE: Sense expects to sell Energy Monitors here until December 2025. Monitors may also be resold on various websites, though such resales invalidate any remaining warranty.
