If you've received this error during your network connection test, your Sense system's signal strength is too high. This can overload the receiver, leaving it unable to communicate.
- A signal strength greater than -30dBm indicates that the router is too close to the Sense unit. If the router or access point is located too close to Sense (within 3-5 feet), it's possible that this could be providing too strong a signal.
We recommend you move the router or access point farther from the Sense system to prevent this. After moving the router, please re-run the network test to ensure the signal strength is below -30dBm.
