If you've received this error during your network connection test, the DNS server on your network refused to provide an IP address for the Sense network time server.
- We recommend you look for a misconfiguration of the DNS server on your network or overly aggressive content filtering on your network or at your internet service provider.
- We also recommend configuring an alternate DNS server if this issue persists. The Sense unit will attempt to fallback to the CloudFlare DNS servers if the locally configured DNS fails.
