Connection Test: No Gateway

If you've received this error during your network connection test:

This error indicates that the Sense monitor did not receive the address of your network's router. This issue usually means that the local network is misconfigured. This can also be a result of a misconfigured DHCP server on your network. We recommend to first reboot the router and any other networking equipment that Sense may be connecting to (e.g., any separate Wi-Fi access points).

If this issue persists, please ensure the local network is configured properly. If Sense is connecting to a separate access point, ensure the access point is successfully connecting to the router.
