How Do I Reset My Password?

If you cannot log in to your Sense account:

1. Open the Sense Home app (mobile or Web version) and choose the Login option
2. Choose Forgot Password
3. Enter your email address associated with your Sense account
4. Sense will email you a link to reset the password.

If you can log in to your Sense account and wish to change your password:

1. Open your Sense Home account navigate to Settings
2. Select Account
3. Choose Password

4. Enter your old password

5. Enter your new password then verify it

6. Choose Save
