If you cannot log in to your Sense account:
- Open the Sense Home app (mobile or Web version)and choose the Login option
- Choose Forgot Password
- Enter your email address associated with your Sense account
- Sense will email you a link to reset the password.
If you can log in to your Sense account and wish to change your password:
- Open your Sense Home account navigate to Settings
- Select Account
- Choose Password

Enter your old password

Enter your new password then verify it
- Choose Save
