How do I reset username and/or password

To change username and/or password

Use the Sense app to change your username (email address) and password. 

After logging in, navigate to Settings, then

1. Select Account.
2. Change the email and/or password field, and be sure to save your changes.
3. The new login information is now effective both for mobile and Web versions of Sense Home app.
