If you created a Sense account but then did not complete the full setup, please contact the Support team for help if you decide to delete the account after all.
If you completed the full setup/installation and want to delete your Sense account, you can do that in the app. Just go to:
Settings > Account > Delete Account and Erase Data
This will permanently delete both your account and all of your data.
NOTE FOR YOUR SECURITY: If you choose to terminate your use of Sense at your current address, whether to move out of your residence or to resell a Sense monitor, you MUST delete the account and erase the data (as above) while Sense is still connected to your home's Wi-Fi system. Otherwise, your home's data will remain in the Sense system and may become accessible to others.
